„The room was very clean and smelled nice upon arrival. The bed was comfortable. Be prepared to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs if you happen to be on the second floor as we were. Check in is at the diner next-door. There is no coffee pot in the room. You have to go next-door and it is not complementary just FYI but there is also McDonald’s very close by. They do have a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. “

„we stayed here for two nights. The hotel needs some renovation but is OK. Just don' t expect to much. Breakfast is Ok. Some waffles, toast and oat meal. Coffee is free 24/7. The first night we stayed there, there where many bikers from " sons of silence" at the hotel. They played with their bikes until 11pm and turned on their bikes about every 15 min just to check who has the loudest exhaust. The same thing started again at about 5am. The next night no bike gang was present, just some ...

„The staff were very friendly and professional. The property is well maintained, clean and safe. The only problem is the clogged bathtub drainage, which I reported and but was not fixed for my 2nd night.“

„This hotel has thin walls. We heard a phone ring from another room and was looking for it in our room. You hear everything. The sheets were worn down and over all, it looked clean but didn't feel clean. The hotel also told us they would have a pending $100 hold for damaged or incidentals. We didn't make any mess in our room, didnt take anything. We left before check out. The 'incidental hold' charge looked suspiciously like duplicate room charge. We're now disputing this charge.“

„Da die Lufthansa Verspätung hatte und mein Anschluss Flug umgebucht hat in Chicago auf den nächsten Tag, konnte ich diesen Aufenthalt nicht mal wahr nehmen. Da ich im Flieger von München nach Chicago um 16 Uhr war und nicht wusste von einer Verspätung konnte ich nicht in der „Frist“ rechtzeitig stornieren. Der Manager hat prompt drauf bestanden das ich keinerlei Erstattung oder sonst was bekomme. Hier buche ich NIE WIEDER! Und sag dann gleich auch allen die ich kenne hier nicht zu buchen “
