„Check in process wasn’t bad. The room was just enough for what we needed. The a/c is not the best. The real problem was when we got locked out of our room and we called for someone to fix the lock, initially, someone came out to check the lock, he established it was inoperable, said he’d be back to fix it the next day and never showed up. „fantastic location, very close tp the station if that is a priority for you. we were in milan for a short stay and wanted to stay close to the station. bus taxi and lime baxks were very easlly available. the house was clean and had everything we needed.“
