Situated on 2 acres, this comfortable studio apartment is right off of Archer Ave with easy access to I-55 and I-355, shopping, restaurants, and more. Inside the unit you'll find a full kitchen with a large pantry, fully stocked coffee bar, and eating area. The living space offers a queen size bed, multiple storage areas, a 55" Samsung TV, and a desk for your work station.

It is centrally located just a few minutes from downtown Lockport and downtown Lemont and about 45 min. from Chicago.
The space
The property is a farmhouse style multi-family building. There are four total apartments within the building. The studio is located on the second floor. There are plenty of windows throughout that bring in a ton of sunlight, the blackout curtains make it possible to make it a darker atmosphere if that is preferred as well.
Guest access
In addition to their own private apartment, guests have access to the front and backyard areas, as well as a dedicated laundry room. You get full use of the washer/dryer and the detergent is complimentary!
Other things to note
The coffee bar is fully stocked. The coffee maker makes regular carafe coffee, which you would have to bring your own ground coffee for. It also uses Keurig coffee pods, which we provide! The backyard area is unfenced but very large and mostly open space, perfect for short walks and for walking furry friends!
