On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle) opening onto a cozy living room, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs, a first bedroom awaits you with a comfortable 160cm double bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

On the top floor, a second bedroom has a pull-out bed, 160cm.

The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided so you can travel light and fully enjoy your stay.

You'll also have access to a pleasant shared courtyard, equipped with garden furniture, a ping-pong table, and a large table and chairs: perfect for sharing good times outdoors.

⚠️ Please note: the accommodation does not have a Wi-Fi connection, perfect for a quiet break and a real disconnection.

You have access to the apartment and the separate bedrooms.

The nearest train station is Loches, located approximately 5 minutes away by car and 15 minutes on foot.

Parking is available near the property.

Early arrivals & late departures:
For arrivals before 4 PM or departures after 10 AM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
