„Location was superb. Very basic accommodation- only two pillows on bed, absolute minimum should be two pillows per person. (We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth. “

„We stayed for three nights in this fantastic house. We had absolute no problems with this We stayed for three nights in this fantastic house. We had absolute no problems with this accommodation and everything we need for our stay was provided. The living room has three sofas now. The house has the best bathrooms we ever had in the UK. The communication with Ben was easy and he answered to my mails very fast. Thank you Ben and Ailsa. We will come back next time.“

„Bit of a distance by foot to the town, and up a very steep hill wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Fabulous views and great property for a group. Would have benefited from a more comfortable sofa area sitting room. Lots of parking and great outdoor area.Very welcoming host and lovely hamper on arrival with wine and cakes. Milk and grapes in the fridge which was a kind and thoughtful gift “

„Stayed with elderly parents for a long weekend. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Great location, close to restaurants, bars and shopping. 5 minute walk to the seafront. Parking is an issue as had to keep moving my car but after a day managed to find a spot outside the apartment where it remained until we left on Sunday! “

Due to pet restrictions, my father-in-law had to stay at the Grand Hotel with the dog. Overall our stay was excellent, and the accommodations were great. Classic Victorian hotel in a great location

"A typical older Victorian hotel, but better than expected at that price! We had a superior twin, which was on the second floor and had a great view through two large windows of the promenade and the sea. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, linen and towels were all new and the room was always clean, plenty of coffee and tea in the room, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We are a small misunderstanding when checking in which was quickly rectified. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and fried or poached eggs on demand. The coffee was good and the bar was nice too. We will definitely come again"

"Überteuerte Unterkunft in renovierungsbedürftigem Haus. Das Zimmer selber war bereits renoviert, aber leider die Betten noch nicht ausgetauscht, sehr schlechte Matratzen. Hotel sehr schön direkt am Meer gelegen. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl verschiedener frisch zubereiteter Eierspeisen."

"Das Llandudno Bay Hotel ist einfach klasse, Top Lage,nur eine Straße überquert und schon am Wasser, sehr !!! netter Service in allen Bereichen, das Zimmer (3.Stock) war eher klein, durch schräge Wände, das Frühstück sehr lecker. Einzig Parkplätze waren nicht so einfach zu ergattern"
