„I was a little nervous, I’ll admit, due to other more negative reviews, but there really was nothing to be worried about. The room was great, it wasn’t noticeably unclean or anything like that. Bed was comfortable, area was quiet, and I have no complaints. The staff were welcoming and polite, and the food was really good also. The surrounding village is beautiful, and the Rhydd Ddu path up Mount Snowdon is one bus stop away (or 8KM walk), which is a bonus. “

„Very nice place to stay! 100% recommendable to traveleres with family, especially with a dog! Mike and Carrie are quite experts providing useful tips about where to go and what to do in Snowdonia. Cold breakfast itself is very nice, but strongly recommend to have hot meals served by Mike. Nobody can help loving Penaeldroch!“

„We had a very nice stay at the Oakfield House B&B for just one night. Our host Stephen provided a very warm welcome and served tea and cookies after we settled in. He also provided advice on where to eat in Betws-Y-Coed, how to get there via a very nice path along the river and finally borrowed one of his wife's jackets. The room itself was very nice, plenty of space and a very good bed for a good night's sleep. If we ever get to that part of Wales again, we'll definitely stay the the ...

„Great location for what we wanted to do. Amy and James were very helpful and friendly and communication before and during the stay was great (why can’t more places use What’s App?!).
