„War sehr viel zu erleben . Victoriafälle in Sambia und Simbabwe , Safari in den Chobe Nationalpark in Botswana , und ganz besonders , einen Spaziergang für zwei Stunden mit Löwen und Geoparden . Vom Erlebnis her , der schönste Urlaub den ich je hatte .“

„Da wir seit 2011 regelmäßig unsere Partnerschule bei Livingstone besuchen (Linda South Primary School), bleibt uns ab und zu die Gelegenheit, die angesprochenen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Diesmal aber hatten wir keine Gelegenheit dazu, da es vielö zu erledigen gab. Das Protea Hotel besuchen wir schon zum vierten Mal und fühlen uns dort fast wie zuhause.“

„It´s a small lodge with a good atmosphere. The hosts, Isabel and Jonathan, are very friendly and do everything to meet your requirements. They arrange activities for their guests and will help them at any problems. The whole complex is created and constructed tastefully. Breakfast and dinner are good and rich. The employees are very friendly. Rooms including bathrooms and showers are clean and commodious. We felt very well here. “

„We really enjoyed staying in this lodge. The little chalet was cosy and staff very helpful. The bar is located right at the river and we enjoyed watching a hippo grazing in the water. Breakfast was great. The restaurant is located right at the Maramba River, too. It is spacious and gives good views of the wildlife as well. “

„The General Manager/Director, Salome and the Reception Manager, Oscar were 5-Star hosts. Everything was spot-on & in order as arranged. My driver James was a "10-STAR" service agent... always available and on-call whenever I needed him. The camp settings and surroundings within national park are truly exceptional. Morning sunrises and evening sunsets on the Zambezi River are simply FanTabUlous!!! A absolutely beautiful experience. “

„Excellent lodge in a quiet area of Livingstone. The room was very clean and cosy with a terrace adjacent to the pool area. All of the staff members were extremely polite and professional, always ready with a smile and eager to help. The dinner menu was extensive for a small lodge and there were several different options for breakfast. "We were here for 2,5 weeks for our honeymoon. The resort was the perfect choice! We had everything we could have asked for - everything was really clean, the staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible, there are great food options for everyone (the kitchen chef even made us vegan burgers after we asked), there are many activities you can do there a well (minigolf, tennis, gym, yoga, massages, boat cruise,...) if you don't want to leave the hotel every day, they regularly ask for feedback and react to it right away the next day, and more.. we do not have any negative things to say about our stay except that we are sad that it is ending now!"
