„I‘d booked this hotel as a budget option in Livingstone to save some money for the activities. It’s a good option, especially given the free airport shuttle and nice pool area. Wifi is also reliable . Special thanks to Maimbo who went out of her way to make her guests‘ lives more comfortable. I would have maybe preferred a mosquito net to sleep under, but was fine with some bugspray. „We booked the comfort chalet room but was given a double standard room instead. They have double booked by accident. I still kept the 5-star rating because 1.) The price for both were the same anyway 2.) Even established hotels make the same mistakes with double-booking. 3.) The staff, especially Priscilla and Imelda took exceptionally good care of us! „Excellent lodge in a quiet area of Livingstone. The room was very clean and cosy with a terrace adjacent to the pool area. All of the staff members were extremely polite and professional, always ready with a smile and eager to help. The dinner menu was extensive for a small lodge and there were several different options for breakfast.
