  • Point of View ist der perfekte Rückzugsort, wenn Sie Paradise Valley, Yellowstone oder Montana besuchen. Das Hotel liegt am Ende einer Straße und direkt am Yellowstone River mit einer atemberaubenden, unverbauten und völlig privaten Aussicht auf das Paradise Valley, den Emigrant Peak und den Großraum Yellowstone. Der Standort erstreckt sich über 1200 Hektar im Süden und ist somit ein idealer Ort für Familien, um sich auszuruhen und zu entspannen, oder der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für alle Ihre Outdoor-Aktivitäten.

    Das Haus besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern und wurde mit Holzvinylböden, einem erstaunlichen Wintergarten, neuen Geräten und schönen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet Flussblick und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Die Gästezimmer bieten jeweils Bergblick und jeweils zwei weitere Schlafplätze.

    Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen eine Feuerstelle am Fluss, ein privater Bootsanleger und zwei zusätzliche Tipis, die zusätzlich zum Haus für 85 USD pro Tipi / Nacht gemietet werden können. Jedes Tipi kann zwei oder drei Personen beherbergen

    Der Morgen am Fluss eignet sich hervorragend zum Angeln, Schwimmen, Grillen, für Familienspiele, zum Fischen am Feuer, zum Beobachten von Sternen und vielem mehr.
    Die heißen Quellen von Chico, die Sie in der Umgebung unbedingt besuchen sollten, erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Chico ist ein Kurort mit heißen Quellen, der ursprünglich im Jahr 1900 erbaut wurde. Das Chico verfügt heute über ein preisgekröntes Restaurant, einen Salon, zwei heiße Quellen und einen Grill am Pool und ist bei Einheimischen und Touristen gleichermaßen beliebt.

    In der nahe gelegenen Stadt, 10 Minuten von Emigrant entfernt, gibt es auch ein paar großartige Restaurants und einen alten Gemischtwarenladen, der mindestens eines von Allem bietet! Das historische Livingston erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten. Gardiner und der Nordeingang zum Yellowstone-Nationalpark sind 20 Minuten entfernt.

    Dies ist ein großartiger Ort für eine Sommerhochzeit oder ein Event. Wir haben hier in der Vergangenheit über 10 Hochzeiten gehabt, die direkt neben diesem historischen Fluss geheiratet haben. The front of the house is a bit misleading - doesn't look as big as it is, but once you open the door and look through the dining room to the river and mountains, you know you are in the right place. It offers such a magnificent view, with fishing just down the hill, and public lands adjacent so you are really by yourself. Also, very close to Yellowstone National Park, Yellowstone Hot Springs, and some beautiful hiking trails. We enjoyed our time at the property very much.

Spacious home with plenty of room for our family of five. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are well-stocked with all the necessities. Quiet and peaceful location with plenty of wildlife to see and an easy walk to the river for fishing along the shoreline. We loved our stay!

Family Time

I cannot say enough great things about our time in Montana. This house was the perfect location for what we were looking for. The views were breathtaking, the host was so responsive and provided everything needed to feel like home. The kitchen was very well stocked and supplies in the restrooms and laundry made our life easy without having to make extra trips to the store. Thank you for the hospitality we had a wonderful week.

Incredible property right on the Yellowstone River

This place perfect, inside and out. Plenty of space inside for a family of 5 or 6, beautiful views, and very comfortable. The kitchen had more than the usual VRBO staples and kitchen equipment, which was very helpful. Communication with the host was very simple and friendly, and the check-in process was clear.

Family Vacation

This place was amazing. 45 minutes or less to Yellowstone. 30 minutes or less to Livingston but completely away from the tourists. From the back patio, you can watch bald eagles, golden eagles, ospreys, sand hill cranes etc. Mule deer pass by the house most early mornings and late evening. When the skies are clear, the view of the stars and the milky way are awesome

How to Restart your world!

Every element of this house was perfect for us! Mornings waking up to such a serene view- fantastic fishing just below the house, evenings remembering the wonderful day being a part of this community. Two weeks is the perfect amount of time to leisurely experience this area. Fishing, horse back riding, being lazy, grizzly watching high in the hills, picnics from the car - every stop is an opportunity. Sublime! Can’t wait for our return next year!

Outstanding Riverfront!

This home was exactly as described in the listing. Everything was very clean and in order upon our arrival. There were many books and publications about the area and local activities. The firewood for the patio stove and a spare bottle of propane for the barbecue was a nice touch. We had a minor issue that required contact with the host and she responded quickly with a resolution. We will look to this listing first for our future trips to the area.

Beautiful Montana

Everything about this house is great. There were tons of kitchen supply’s like pots and pans, condiments, spices, etc. Grill worked great, there was a solo stove for the cool nights. Plenty of towels. There were a couple chair hammocks as well. Kids (16/19 yrs) loved them. There were 5 of us there (16, 19, 21, and two parents). We all loved it. We stayed 4 nights and used it as home base for Yellowstone, Louis & Clark Caverns, hiking, and visiting with family in Montana. Would 100% return.

Misleading

Views were fantastic as advertised. However, the rest of the property was not as advertised. Property exterior needs maintenance. Swing was broken, fire-pit was full of trash, fireworks and beer cans (which we had to clean in attempt to utilize, still didn't work since ashes haven't been cleaned (maybe ever). Lower are of property is most disappointing as it didn't appear to have been mowed this season. Grass was knee to mid-thigh. Swing and fire-pit in photo are non-existent. Shed is partially collapsed and inundated with weeds. The park bench at riverside is engulfed in grass as tall as the bench itself. Telescope in online photo for star gazing is non-existent. Miscellaneous swing parts and hammock parts strewn around the back porch, grill was a mess. Sunroom is very nick though windows don't appear to have been cleaned this season. Furnishings are comfortable and property is clean though exterior is rough. The swing had been broken apparently by a prior guest and tied back together, when we arrived, my son sat in it and it gave way jarring his back and busting his chin open requiring first aid. The only TV (not that we come to Montana each year to watch TV) is in the kids bedroom. We stay in the area every year and selected this property due to the photos on the website and the river access, neither were quite up to expectations upon our arrival.

Everything You Could Ask for and More!

Immaculate ,well stocked, so comfortable....spectacular views, fishng on property, hiking trails. Communication and information given to us from Property Manager and Owner Nicole was amazing and so helpful. Have travelled to Livingston over the years but have never rented on the River. Quite an experience. House is exactly what is shown only even more updated with new leather couches and dining room set. Mattresses and bedding very comfortable. We will return for sure! Stunning Views

The views from the house of the Paradise Valley and the Yellowstone River were fantastic. It was hard to tear your eyes away from those views! The house is a older ranch style house that has been very tastefully and thoroughly renovated. It had everything you need in a vacation rental. The photos provided accurately reflect what the house looks like. We were worried about heat, given the house is not shaded and not all windows open/have screens. But the two individual cooling units kept the house very comfortable during the day and the house cooled down naturally at night. The property manager was very responsive. We’d definitely come stay again!

Wonderful stay at the River House

This is a special place! It's the perfect location to relax and enjoy the views of the Paradise Valley and the Yellowstone River. There's lots to do in the valley - hiking, hot springs, floating the river are just a few. The property manager made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We'll definitely be back!
