„Room was recently renovated, main issue was complete lack of kitchenette amenities despite paid extra for a kitchenette. No cutting knives, kettle or toaster, one ragged face cloth sized tea towel, no paper towel. No chairs to sit at the island to eat, despite website description stating the island was meant for eating. I provided this feedback to management and was told no chairs was because of the recent renovation and that we should have called the front desk for kitchen amenities. Seriously, ...
