Access to bedrooms is via narrow spiral stairs.

The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by a flight of stairs.

We are above Berry And Rye Speakeasy, come and join us for cocktails, or have some delivered to the apartment by our friendly staff

Located in a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops just steps away, you`ll have the best of the city right at your fingertips.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area for relaxation, and a comfortable bedroom with a plush king-sized bed.

The first floor is spacious and open plan it has exposed brick and original features. The living room has comfortable sofas, freeview TV and netflix access.

The fully fitted kitchen boasts a large sociable breakfast bar that is perfect for entertaining or for getting some work done. A utility area houses the washing machine and leads onto the terrace.

The outside terrace gets a lot of sunshine in summer and is equipped with a dining table for that morning coffee al fresco!

Two double bedrooms and a modern bathroom (with bath) are located on the second floor - accessed by a narrow spiral staircase (very large items of luggage may have to be left downstairs). Luxury bedding and soft fluffy towels are provided.

Guests can access the whole 2 floor apartment including the private terrace area!

We are here when and if you need us! We like to leave the guests to enjoy their stay but as Liverpool residents and bar owners ourselves, we also would be happy to provide recommendations and assistance with what ever you need- we are only a message away!

The Ropewalks area is right in the city centre. it is the area betwen the shopping hub of Liverpool One and the Anglican Cathedral so is perfectly situated to enjoy the best of the city. There are great bars and restaurants on Berry Street itself and Bold Street. Liverpool`s `Restaurant Street`, is a 2 minutes walk away. The royal Albert Dock and the waterfront are only a 10 minute walk.
The street outside the apartment has excellent bus links for exploring further afield.

We are walkable to L-one and major city attractions, match days it is recommended to get the soccer bus, nearest train station is Lime Street and we have lots of easy access to buss routes and train stations, there is a bus stop outside the apartment

The bar below the apartment has operated as Berry and Rye, Liverpool`s best hidden speakeasy cocktail bar, for 15 years! It has great live blues and jazz on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. It is a quiet bar but being in the city centre you may get associated noise from the bar and the street.

The spiral staircase is steep and narrow and may not be suitable for all guests, large luggage may have to be left downstairs.

We would be happy to provide any cocktails in the apartment or special occasion welcome packages- just let us know!

2. No Smoking or Vaping, fine £80 for each offence
3. No Parties, excessive noice over 100db for more than 10 minutes, or events, fine £400
4. You will need to fill out our own booking form and your correct profile picture on airbnb is mandatory
5. Main booker must be over 23
6. £200 Deposit paid via stripe and refunded back via stripe, damage waver available for £25
