A Home to Relax and Unwind
The lounge runs through to the kitchen at the back, with a corner sofa facing a wall-mounted Smart TV loaded with Netflix for winding down after a game. Every bedroom has its own wall TV and room-darkening blinds, so you can sleep in around late kick-offs or concert nights. A kettle tray in each room keeps quiet mornings simple, and each bedroom locks with its own keypad for privacy.

The Layout

• Living area (shared): Corner sofa facing a wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix, plus a bar-height table with stools for meals and pre-match plans.

• Kitchen (shared): Grey shaker units wrapping a corner run, with a gas hob, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, so a full group can cook and eat together.

• Bedrooms 1 to 4 (each booked separately): every room has a double bed, its own tiled en-suite shower, a wall TV, room-darkening blinds, a kettle tray and its own keypad lock. All four are fitted to the same standard, so the room you book will match the others.

• Bathrooms: Four in total, one attached to each bedroom, with tiled corner showers, WCs and heated towel rails.

Location
Anfield is a proper Liverpool football neighbourhood, built around the red-brick terraces that ring the stadium. You are minutes from the pre-match pubs, the LFC Museum and stadium tours, with the city centre a short bus ride away on nearby routes including the 17, 26 and 27. Homebaked, round the corner, does the award-winning Scouse Pie and Shankly Pie that fuel the street on game days.

Good to Know Before You Book
Rooms are booked and priced individually. If you book a single room rather than the whole house, the lounge, kitchen and dining area will be shared with other guests staying at the property during your dates. Each bedroom has its own keypad lock, and each room has the same en-suite and in-room amenities regardless of which one you book. Entry is on the ground floor with step-free access, though carpeted stairs rise from the hallway to some of the bedrooms off the landing. Parking is on the street only and subject to availability; signs say residents only, though penalties are rarely an issue. Matchday road closures and tighter parking restrictions apply in the area, so walking is simpler on game days. This is a football-focused property minutes from Anfield, so expect a lively atmosphere on match and concert days. Pets are not allowed. Self check-in is by keypad, with full details sent on the morning of arrival.

Extra charges
Early check-in and late check-out can each be requested at £20 per hour, up to 2 hours each. Both are subject to availability and can be arranged after booking through a secure third-party platform.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.

Please note this room is one of four bedrooms in the house, each booked separately. You may be sharing the kitchen and lounge with other guests during your stay. Please treat the private room and shared spaces with care, and leave them tidy for others. If you use the dishwasher, please start it when you leave, and secure the property on departure. Quiet hours should be respected late at night, out of consideration for other guests and neighbours.
