„OK for an overnight stay. Our room had a view of a shipping container in the yard - not the hanging gardens of Babylon or a herd of wildebeast that we'd hoped for! (The reception staff member was too young to remember Fawlty Towers, so the comment went over his head....). Had to ask at the bar for glass tumblers for water needs in the night and to hold toothbrushes. Some noise from Friday night entertainment but stopped at 11pm so not an issue. “

„Checked in to the premises for an overnight stay. We were met by a tall young woman who was very welcoming and friendly and I was invited to complete details into a machine, then asked to pay the cost of the accommodation there and then. „Worst experience ever at a hotel. To begin with we were handed the wrong keys for our rooms and given NO keys for entry into the actual building. This absolutely ruined the weekend as we were forced to sleep on the streets. We woke up and returned to the hotel with a cold and was given no apology or explanation just was told the door is now fixed and to turn the handle the other way. Instead of a refund for the card payment we was told that they do not accept payments from here and we must pay, ...
