„Worse hotel we have ever stayed. We planned for two nights. The first night we noticed cockroaches and the room was dirt and smell so nasty. In the morning we told the front desk, thankfully they Refunded one night and upgraded us to a bigger room. To our surprise this room was worse, they were MICE. Very unsanitary, unclean, old and smell like mold. Don’t stay here with your family“

„We had a good stay in San Ramon. The Hotel was really clean and the service was good. Breakfast was not as good as expected but we rhink that had to do with the current corona situation. We will stay there again. Really friendly people at rhe front desk. “

„I have mixed feelings about this place, not all the staff was helpful, there was no manager at the property after 5:00 pm there were no towels in the pool area, no housekeeping unless I ask for it… I didn’t know I had to, food at the restaurant was terrible unless was breakfast and with this I will start the good things about it, room was clean and in good condition, elevators worked, and the lobby was well maintained“
