„Tolle Unterkunft mitten im Nirgendwo um sich erholen zu können. Der Pub stammt aus dem 11.Jahrhundert und ist sehr gemütlich. Restaurant sehr gut und herzlich geführt. Zimmer eher schlicht. Einziges Manko sind die sehr weichen Betten. “

„We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival and attentive service throughout our stay. Room was brilliant, lovely character and very warm and cosy. All amenities we needed for our stay. Wonderful choice of hot breakfast dishes which were cooked and presented to a high standard and accompanied by fruits, yogurt, nuts, seeds, toast, preserves etc etc. Thoroughly recommend this beautiful charming hotel and will definitely stay again when in the area. “

„Lovely rustic pub / hotel. Room was great with the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for some time. Kitchen was closed for refurbishment but only a short walk into the centre of the village. Good choice of cask ales in the bar. Will stop here again if work brings me back to the area“

Very calming the food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were very professional .The barman made the best Martini pornstar cocktail I have ever been served.He was very knowledgable about the White Hart Hotel .The gardens were lovely to sit in .“

„We had a great time at Rectory Manor, a lovely old georgian country house set in mature garden of trees and lawn with a swimming pool and tennis court if you want some exercise. Our room (the Hudson) was furnished in the country house style and was supremely comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit small and slightly dated. The bath was too small to properly soak. On the plus side we had an unexpected balcony that caught the morning sun whilst giving beautiful country views ...
