Could see issues as you need to download app to add all your details and then email sent separate to complete parking which felt like a chore. Had an issue with receiving the access codes, which i had to chase up. But, staff were very good and sorted problem straight away.

„Excellent property very conveniently situated for a pre Christmas walkable visit to Blenheim Palace. Also, less than a five minute walk to Woodstock’s fine pubs and restaurants. The accommodation itself was high spec, peaceful and extremely comfortable for a short stay. I would definitely stay again. “

„We had a beautiful stay at Little Orchard Cottage. Our host, Maggie, was so kind and had prepared welcome treats. She answered questions right away. The cottage had several window seats, which we used for cozy reading time. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we had walking trails right near the cottage that were perfect for evening walks. The backyard made a beautiful backdrop for family meals and soaking up the Cotswold sun. The cottage comes with a laundry nook, including a washer & dryer. ...

„We really enjoyed our stay at Well Cottage. The quaint little house is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is ideal in the centre of the village, but at the same time completely quiet. Dawn, together with her mother, quickly takes care of all the guests' concerns and emergencies. Das ist es meiner Meinung nach nicht Wert.
Viele kostenlose Parkplätze, leider werden morgens die Wege durch die Reisebusse der Gruppenreisen versperrt. Soll ja auch niemand einen Schritt zu weit laufen.
Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, wird nach ein paar Tagen aber eintönig. Keinerlei Abwechslung, kein Käse..., nur englisch breakfast.
Ist man gleich zu Beginn der Öffnungszeiten dort, ist einiges noch nicht fertig oder verfügbar.
Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist bemüht freundlich.
Im Poolbereich wird schon eine halbe Stunde vor Schließzeit wird mit dem Aufbau der Reinigungsgeräte begonnen. Sicherlich möchte das Personal auch Feierabend haben, doch Kundenorientierung sieht anders aus.
Der Poolbereich dürfte gerne auch innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten einmal grob gereinigt bzw. Aufgeräumt werden.
Sauberkeit im Zimmer war gut.
Fenster im Zimmer ließ sich nur sehr schwer öffnen.
Es gab ausschließlich englische Fernsehsender. "

"Very nice location for exploring Oxfordshire. Typical English country hotel with good breakfast options and clean spacious rooms. Beware of the extra charge of 30 pounds per night for an extra bed. We booked for three people via Expedia and we’re not informed beforehand about that. It was only on the booking confirmation in very fine print.
Breakfast staff was nice, did not have much interaction with the rest of staff. There were some problems with our booking dates so I think we ended up with a different smaller room, but did not have to pay the charge for the extra bed as a compensation.
There are a lot of groups staying one night only so breakfast can get busy and noisy. I was a bit disappointed about the bread selection, toast and small sweet things only, no bagels or crumpets but that may be only me. On the whole I‘d stay there again as it is a really great location for seeing places by rental car."

"Leider versprechen die Bilder viel mehr, als dass das Hotel Substanz und Service bietet. Unfreundliches und lustloses Personal, keinerlei Bedürfnis, bei Fragen zu helfen, Badezimmer und insbesondere Toilette war dreckig, auch nach der Bitte, diese erneut zu reinigen. Bad kaum ausgestattet und lieblos angeordnet, und in schlechtem Zustand. Unfassbar unbequemes, abgenutztes Bett. Jeder Schritte der Nachbarn, vor allem von oben, hört man mit lautem Knarren und Knaksen, so sehr, dass man nachts aufwacht. Essen im Restaurant lieblos und überteuert. Sehr sehr schade, denn das Hotel selbst hätte so viel mehr Potential."
