Near Lake Retreat | Pool, Hot Tub & Boat Slip

Guests have access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, the kitchen, dining and living areas, and the fully fenced backyard with pool, hot tub, patio, and boat slip. Two driveway parking spots are included, with additional street parking available. The garage is not included in your stay unless pre-approved (e.g., for EV charger access — let us know in advance if needed).

Little Elm sits directly on Lake Lewisville, giving this home easy access to the lake, marinas, and waterfront parks, while still being a short drive from the shopping, dining, and employment hubs of Frisco and the greater DFW area. It's a great home base whether you're here for the lake, visiting family, working a nearby assignment, or relocating to the area.

A car is recommended to make the most of the area — free driveway and street parking are available at the home. Lake Lewisville access points, Frisco shopping and dining, and the wider DFW area are all a manageable drive away.

This home is part of a quiet, friendly residential community — please be mindful of neighbors, especially around noise after 10 PM. Pets are welcome with prior approval. This is a smoke- and vape-free property. Long-term stays (30+ nights) include a scheduled mid-stay cleaning.
