On the ground floor: a living room with a sitting area (Wi-Fi, TV, double sofa bed), a dining area, an open-plan kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a bathroom (shower and washing machine), a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (2 double beds) a 6.5m² attic cabin bedroom (1 single bed), a second toilet. For your convenience, cleaning, bed linens, towels, and household linens are included, as are water, electricity, and heating charges. The exterior features: a terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill. Parking is located on the property. The property, which also includes the owners' home, is located on Route D66 leading from Uza to Lit-et-Mixe. A free summer shuttle runs from the village to the beaches.
