Enjoy the on-site woodland walk or set off to explore the 34 acres of grounds, including two fully fenced and secure fields for off-lead adventures. For a little more adventure, Adrenaline Quarry is 9 miles away and offers an exciting day out. Further afield is the Eden Project (16 miles) which hosts numerous events throughout the year and makes for a great day or night out for all age groups. Nearby Polperro and Looe (4 miles) are picturesque fishing villages, each with their own harbours and beaches and both offering a good fish supper or evening drink. There are plenty of opportunities to indulge in water-based activities with some good diving and snorkelling sites along the coast as well as excellent coves to explore whilst paddleboarding.


Step into the cosy lounge which is immaculately presented and offers stylish interiors, a Smart TV and a beautiful wood burner to snuggle up in front of on a cold day. A couple of steps take you into the modern, light and bright kitchen/diner complete with wonderful countryside views from the table. Upstairs is a beautiful bedroom with a high, vaulted ceiling and exposed beams - a superb room to take your breakfast in bed or simply have a lazy morning. The en-suite is off this room and completes this fantastic cottage.


Outside is a private, enclosed garden with a patio table and chairs, and a gas BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. There is a shared hot tub on-site, which overlooks the glorious countryside. A natural play area for children, made from a series of tree stumps, will keep the little ones entertained, along with a swing set and slide. Let their imagination run wild with a specially designed fairy trail in the woods or enjoy feeding and collecting eggs from the resident hens.
