The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Lisbon building, however, there's a staircase to access the apartment. It is located on a neighbourhood with convenient access to public transportation.

Please note that the apartment is located in a high-traffic area, so external noise is to be expected. Additionally, it is 10 meters away from a bar.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms. One with a double bed ( 140x200 cm) and another, an interior room with a small window to the living room, with a single bed (90x200 cm) and a dedicated work space. Both have air conditioning.

￫ Living Room
A comfortable and bright living room with a sofa, TV, air conditioning and a dining table to sit and enjoy your meals.

￫ Kitchen
Well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, oven, espresso coffee machine (coffee not included), as well as dishwasher and washer/dryer.

￫ Bathroom
Modern bathroom with shower.

The apartment features a closet in the interior bedroom and in the hallway, providing plenty of storage to keep your belongings.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

If you wish to use public transportations, here are a few options:

-Metro:
Take the metro from Lisbon Airport (Lisboa Airport - Aeroporto) to Arroios Metro Station. Rua Morais Soares is a short walk from Arroios Station.

- Taxi:
Taxis are readily available at the airport. Simply head to the designated taxi ranks outside the arrivals area.



Rental Car:
If you prefer the freedom of having your own vehicle, you can rent a car from the airport, however, as it is a residential area, street parking may be limited.
There's a parking garage about 10 minutes walking from the apartment, at Praça do Chile.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Monthly utilities bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
