The apartment is located on the 9th floor of a building with elevator, free parking and an amazing view over the Tagus River and 25 de Abril Bridge. Ideal for families or a group of friends looking to rest in a privileged but very quiet and safe area of Lisbon!

Next to the building is the D. Pedro V auditorium, so on performance days, there may be some noise from activity and music.

Construction work is taking place in the subway, so there may be some resulting noise as well as traffic disruptions.

Elevators under maintenance, so they may occasionally not be in operation.

￫ Bedrooms

The apartment has one bedroom featuring 2 Small Double-Beds (120 cm x 190 cm / 4'0'' x 6'3'') and Air Conditioning.

￫ Bathroom

The apartment has a bathroom with shower.

￫ Living Room

The living room offers a TV with cable connection, air conditioning, a sofa-bed and a splendid view over the Tagus River and 25 de Abril Bridge. The living room also has a dining table for 4.

￫ Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

São Bento is one of the Lisbon's most sophisticated neighborhoods - perfectly located between the monumental area of Baixa-Chiado and the riverside area of Santos.
You are also within a walking distance from all the main places to visit and from all the typical neighborhoods like Estrela, Principe Real and Chiado. Here you will find historic monuments, breathtaking viewpoints, Fado houses and fancy bars and restaurants.
One of the great things about staying in São Bento is that you can do almost everything on foot. However, there is a large amount of public transport around the corner, such as the subway and several trams and buses. You can also walk to the train or boat stations that can take you to the beaches around Lisbon, or to other beautiful places like Estoril, Cascais and Sintra.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

￫ Metro
The cheapest is by far the subway, with a 25-30 minutes ride. The closest subway station (Baixa-Chiado) is within a 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

￫ Bus
Alternatively, there is a bus (744) direct from the airport to another bus (727) that takes you directly to the apartment, with a journey of about 1 hour. From the final bus stop to the apartment, it is about 1 minute walk (160m)

￫ Car
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Construction works are taking place in the vicinity, with no timetable for completion.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
