The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first includes a cosy double bed, multiple storage spaces and an ensuite bathroom. The second one has another double bed and an ample wardrobe.

A shared bathroom in the hallway with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a lovely terrace, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 3rd floor and the building has elevator.

The Estrela neighbourhood in Lisbon is a charming and historic area known for its picturesque streets, elegant architecture, and relaxed atmosphere. Nestled between the bustling city centre and the tranquil riverfront, Estrela offers a perfect blend of urban convenience and residential tranquillity.

One of the neighbourhood's highlights is the magnificent Estrela Basilica, a stunning example of Baroque architecture with its impressive dome and intricate interior decorations. Surrounding the basilica is the lush Estrela Park, a delightful green space ideal for strolls, picnics, and panoramic city views.

Wandering through the cobblestone streets of Estrela, visitors will encounter charming cafes, boutique shops, and traditional Portuguese restaurants offering delicious cuisine. The area exudes a timeless charm, with beautifully preserved buildings and squares that evoke a sense of old-world elegance.

There is no free parking available at this property. On the adjacent streets, pay-and-display parking is permitted for a maximum of three hours.

The nearest bus stop is R. S. Bento, a 5-minute walk. The nearest metro station is Rato, a 12-minute walk. The nearest train station is Santos, a 21-minute walk. The closest ferry terminal is Cais do Sodré, a 29-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 27-minute drive.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
