With WiFi available, you can easily stay connected throughout your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. The countertop with bar stools offers a convenient spot for a quick breakfast, a morning coffee, or a casual meal.

The comfortable bedrooms are designed to provide a peaceful retreat, each featuring a double bed, bedside tables, and lamps to create a relaxing atmosphere for a restful night's sleep.

One of the highlights of the apartment is the spacious terrace, thoughtfully arranged for both dining and relaxation. Enjoy meals outdoors at the dining table, unwind in the lounge area with a good book, or make the most of the BBQ grill for a relaxed evening with family and friends.

Guests have access to the entire apartment located on the 3rd floor. Please be aware there is no elevator in the building.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable apartment in Moscavide, a welcoming residential neighborhood in Lisbon, offering a relaxed local atmosphere while providing convenient access to the city’s main attractions. Guests can enjoy nearby cafés, traditional restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops.
The property is well positioned for exploring Parque das Nações, one of Lisbon’s most modern and vibrant districts. Highlights include the impressive Oceanário de Lisboa, the Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre, the MEO Arena, and the beautiful Tagus River promenade, perfect for scenic walks and enjoying the waterfront.
With convenient public transport connections to Lisbon’s historic center and easy access to the airport, this is an excellent base for discovering Lisbon’s culture, riverside attractions, shopping, and gastronomy, while enjoying the comfort of a residential neighborhood.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Rua Salvador Allende, is approximately a 1-minute walk away, with connections to Sacavém and Lisbon.


The nearest train station, Sacavém, is approximately a 15-minute walk away, with services on the Azambuja Line. The nearest metro station, Moscavide (Red Line), is approximately a 20–25-minute walk away.


Lisbon Airport (LIS) is approximately a 10–15-minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
