  • Gather at the lake with room to spend time together and space to spread out. This five-bedroom waterfront home offers a private dock and boat slip, two kitchens, multiple living areas and lake-view decks. The cove setting overlooks the main channel. Additional sleeping space is in an open basement bunk area, not a separate sixth bedroom. Review the sleeping layout and stair access when planning your group stay.

    Room for your group
    The home is listed for up to 26 guests across king, queen and twin beds and the additional open bunk area. There are three full bathrooms, two kitchens and multiple living spaces for shared meals and time together. Please review the room photos and sleeping arrangements to make sure the layout suits your group.

    Lake days & time together
    Enjoy the private dock and guest boat slip, lake views and outdoor decks for dining and grilling. Restaurants, shops, Margaritaville and Big Surf Waterpark are nearby. The home and waterfront involve stairs; contact us before booking if anyone in your group has mobility needs.

    Optional extras
    The Toy Closet is an optional rental with a separate fee and deposit. Its inventory includes floats, noodles, water pads, extra beach towels, life vests, games and toys. Ask us for current pricing and the full inventory before adding it to your stay.

    Pets & house guidelines
    Up to two dogs are welcome with a $150 nonrefundable pet fee billed after booking. Please disclose pets in advance; unauthorized or undisclosed pets carry a $300 fine. Smoking is not permitted indoors; a $250 fine applies. Returned lost-and-found items have a $25 handling fee plus shipping. Stays of 21 days or more have a $50 cleaning fee added after booking. Unapproved late checkout carries a $50 fee.

    Arrival & departure
    Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Early arrival requests may be made the day before or on arrival day, subject to housekeeping availability, at $15 per approved hour before 4:00 PM. Request late checkout the day before departure; approved time after 10:00 AM is $20 per hour.

Stay as posted was a nice weekend getaway. The only confusion on location was the street the home is located on but if your checking in during sunlight hours youll find your way easier than at night. Plenty of room for a traveling group, right by the water kiddos had a blast fishing off the dock. Plenty of room to have coffee and dinner without being right on top of eachother. And 15 minutes from town. Plenty of room for parking as well.

Parking was tight and there was little space to turn around. The road going to the property is one lane with a steep drive to the side. We were in a suburban and had to do a three point turn just to get out of the drive. Other than that it was a nice property with plenty of room

Fantastic Summer Family Vacation Rental

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property on the lake. Having a dock for a rental pontoon boat and to swim off of was just perfect. A great family vacation spot. Jeffrey was so accommodating and responsive. Definitely a winner!

Family Reunion

Our family loved the location and the house was very spacious, perfect for all ages. The kids were in the water non stop and loved jumping off the dock. The host was great at getting back to me with any questions we had in a very timely manner.

Perfect for our large family in for a wedding

The owners were excellent to deal with, quick to respond. The house slept a LOT of people, had everything g we needed. Parking was the biggest issue, and the steep steps unloading and loading. Otherwise it was perfect, highly recommended!

Pros: Overall, this cabin was wonderful for our stay! We were there for our youth group girl’s camp and it was perfect for our needs! Plenty of parking for our vehicles. The two fridges were helpful. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. Lots of kitchen supplies and storage space. Cons: a washing machine was delivered and needed to be installed in the middle of our stay, with very little notice. We had to shuffle our cars around, and then move our things as the delivery men came into the personal space of a group of teenage girls. As someone with vacation rental experience, I don’t feel like this was really handled properly. Deliveries are scheduled with enough time to have given us proper notice in advance.However, overall our stay was very positive and we would definitely utilize this cabin again!

Time at the lake

Overall we had a good time. The bunk beds really are for children, slight inaccuracies from listing such as one of the rooms having a full size bed instead of queen. They had fans available, and everything needed in the kitchen/bathrooms. So if you forget toiletry you are good. We had a blast.

This house is a nice size and pretty! The stairs are a lot but not near as bad as we'd anticipated. The dock is large and easy to swim off of. The property itself was challenging to find with a GPS and could use some better signage of where to park, especially when guests are arriving after dark. We slept 12 adults comfortably, had a boat rental company pick us up and drop us off right at the dock and were within 30 minutes to plenty of stores and places to eat. The beds were cozy, plenty of pillows were provided, the water was hot with good pressure, and there's plenty of kitchen and dining space for a large group. We loved spending evenings on the deck.

Great Place

The house fit our needs well. The kids, all but one, teens, had the downstairs. That worked very well. Loved the dock and used the toy closet for enjoying the water. One of the toy chests wouldn't open, but a guy came and opened it for us and brought more items. Used these lots. It was great! Really enjoyed the deck!! Only about a 15 minute drive to Camdenton where there is a Walmart if supplies are needed. Located in a quiet cove! Nice! We would stay here again!!!
