Finde Lingshan-Zentralpark Hotels

„I’m from another country and recently planned a trip to Guangzhou, China. I chose Rezen Premier Hotel. Its name sounds culturally rich and makes me feel comfortable. Back in my home country, hotels with names like this always thrive and enjoy good fortune, so I wanted to share in this good luck too. The front desk staff offer wonderful service and answer all my questions patiently. The hotel is conveniently located near metro and bus stops, plus there are direct shuttle buses to Hong Kong and ...

„Location is excellent, staffs were super helpful, the room we stayed was clean - we had a pleasant stay.“

„房間設施配套陳舊也有些破損。搞衛生也一般！前台及礼宾部職員服務態度好！“

„Hotel Anlage gut - Personal schlecht ausgebildet.“

„This is a very clean and pleasant hotel. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. I also appreciated the laundry service. The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor. As for breakfast, the establishment should offer more American-style dishes, as the hotel's clientele consists of more than just Chinese guests. Furthermore, it ...

„There was no airport shuttle“

„Das Hotel erfüllt Europäische Ansprüche an ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen - aber trotzdem noch schön. Das Hotel-Restaurant mit Buffet ist für Gäste die nicht unbedingt chinesisch essen möchten sehr gut. Wer mit der U-Bahn fahren möchte - findet hier eine perfekte Anbindung an das U-Bahn-Netz.“

„The room was spotless and incredibly well thought out — automated curtains, TV, and even a smart toilet. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the complimentary toiletries were clean and complete, which made me feel truly comfortable and at ease. The hotel is newly opened and very clean, with a laundry room and fitness equipment available. It was quiet at night, and the room itself was spotless. I really appreciated the complimentary afternoon snacks, the late-night noodles at 9 PM, and the solid ...

„Staff not very friendly and breakfast area food not good, same same staff serving there not friendly too.“

„The location listed is not the location it actually is. Our driver dropped us off to the wrong place because of that and we had to take a second ride there. Once there the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, but a bit old. It was spacious and grocery store and food is in walking distance.“

„The staff is nice and helpful, but the condition of hotel is a lot bit below my expectations, but the mattress is good, all my family love it.“
