„Very Friendly staff “

„Good“

„Old outdated hotel. Rooms were very average. I was transferred to another room on the 06th floor on the last night of my stay as the aircon compressor spoiled. Saw 2 small cockroaches in the previous room as I was packing my stuff. The staff are helpful and friendly though. The coffee house closes earlier than scheduled. „The hotel needed an overhaul, the room qualities are getting bad every year. We had been staying there for many years for CNY. Now the shower tap is mouldy, toilet not cleaned and dirty and smelly, bed is refreshed, towels are old and rough and greyish. “

„Cleanliness of the room need improvement. There is spider web on bathroom ceiling and dead spider found in room floor.“

„So so“

„Nice room, breakfast OK, clean rooms and sufficient parking. We had a family room that had a decent size. Just perfect“

„The reviews from other customers reflected our stay. The toilet was squeaky clean. A recommended budget hotel if you're in Alor Gajah.“

Sehr Familienfreundlich!“

„it is for kids only aaaaaaa“

„Run down room“

„Staff not friendly. Room there was no hand face towels, buggy service is good but get in and out from buggy bit difficult for disabled people. “
