„Wonderful area and very practical. I was charged extra for my dog that i was not aware of. Bring your own towels and coffee filters. Even though i stayed 3 nights there were only 3 coffee filters. I drink more than one coffee a day. “

„The cabin was as expected, clean and cosy. It was the season of chilly nights but the heater kept the cabin warm, during the warmer days we enjoyed the outdoor furniture and park across the road. The location is good, between Lindsay and Peterborough both of which we explored.“

„Great little getaway if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. It’s a beautiful property: well maintained, clean, and peaceful. The trailer is quite spacious and the bunky is very nice as well. The hosts are lovely people! They provide you with firewood for the fire pit, which is very generous. Unfortunately we didn’t have great weather, but the hosts were so thoughtful and ensured we were warm and taken care of. Thank you so much for the great hospitality!“

„Loved the full kitchen, bbq, outdoor seating and the beach, including kayaks and canoes. The cBin was perfect for our needs. I was surprised about bringing all my own linens , including blankets. I wish that prt had been communicated more than 2 days before the trip- including the blanket piece, as I didn’t think a blanket was considered linens and had a couple cold nights. With more warning, I could have made arrangements ti have everything “

„we enjoyed our stay BUT the fan didn't work , the frig;was not empty ,the daybeds [futons ] DID NOT open and my daughter slept on one NOT opened , and my son - in law slept on the other one NOT opened . Will not stay again .“

„House is spacious and supplies adequate. Just bring your own towels and linens as earlier advised by owner Water supply, hot and cold, is abundant for 12 people. Parking for 5 cars, no problem. Things that can easily be added to make the property more user friendly: 1) Grab bars in bath tubs to prevent accidents. We had two slips and had to grab the shower curtain and avoided a bad fall. 2) Electric fan in each room to address the warm nights of summer. Bought our own fans ar Port Perry ...

„Such an amazing week. Thanks to Tanya, our attentive and helpful host, my two kids (and our lab!) and I enjoyed our time. The cottage is well appointed, clean, pet friendly, with rooms accommodate everyone and a gorgeous outdoor space. We took a polar bear swim (late october!) and we're all looking forward to enjoying the cottage and lake next summer. No question, this will be our go to cottage in the Kawartha's. Thanks, Tanya!“
