„Slightly understaffed at times. Not all staff were friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Jessica who's the heart and soul of operations. Would be nice if staff passed the time of day when you see them e.g. for breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was excellent. Room cosy enough, mattresses good. Slightly damp. Heating not provided although requested and promised by member of staff. Excellently located to explore Lincoln and the area. Would probably return.“

„The room was fine, great bathroom. All the staff were friendly and polite. When I reached Damon's, the reception member of staff quickly realised I was physically disabled and immediately changed my room for a ground floor room to make things easier for me. I only used the restaurant for breakfast, which offered a really good menu with reasonable prices.I was sorry not to have the time to visit the resaurant for an evening meal.
