The Space:

At the heart of the home is a spacious open concept kitchen and living area perfect for gathering. The chef approved kitchen features a large island with ample seating, high end appliances, and everything you need to cook and entertain with ease. Enjoy meals together at the oversized dining table that comfortably seats 10 guests. If you need more space, guests can enjoy a casual meal at the large island bar stools. After dinner, cozy up in the large living room with a large sectional couch and fireplace, ideal for winding down after a day of adventure.
Bedrooms
This home offers five thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed facing the beautiful river views and a spa-inspired ensuite with a large walk-in shower. The king guest bedroom is another river-facing room with a private ensuite. On the main level, a guest room features an ensuite bath and a top-of-the-line, king-sized sleeper couch for ultimate comfort. This room also features a beautiful fireplace and flat screen TV! Upstairs, the twin room with two beds is perfect for friends or older children. The bunk room is designed with families in mind, with three sets of twin bunks, a large comfy couch that doubles as an extra bed, and a big smart TV, an ideal hangout for kids or groups.
Game Room
Head downstairs to the basement area, where the fun continues. Challenge your group to a round of foosball, ping pong, or the classic arcade style basketball game you know and love. Whether it's a rainy day or après ski/river fun, the game room keeps everyone entertained.
Location
This home is perfectly positioned for summer adventure. Set along the Pemi River, guests can head right out back to access the scenic JE Henry Trail, which winds along the water and connects you to the area’s natural beauty. Just a short, picturesque walk away is the famous Lady’s Bath, a local favorite swimming spot perfect for cooling off on warm days. Located in one of the most desirable areas of South Peak, you’ll enjoy easy access to both the river and nearby outdoor activities, all just minutes from your door.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home during their stay, aside from a few locked closets reserved for homeowner storage.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located on the Pemigewasset River at South Peak. As part of the South Peak Home Owners Association, this home allows guests to use the association's free shuttle service to and from Loon Mountain lodges during the Winter months. The neighborhood offers a private road for walking and access to the hiking and snowshoeing trails along the Pemi River! Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and 7 minutes to Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!
Getting Around:
The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $7/person. The home also features a free shuttle service through the South Peak Association, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges during the Winter months. Please reach out to the Host for more details on how to reserve these shuttles.
Other Things to Note:
Please be advised that there are Ring security cameras installed and positioned on the front door of the property. The camera is the only surveillance device on the premises and does not extend beyond the descriptions listed.
While we prioritize your privacy and comfort during your stay, we also aim to ensure a safe environment for everyone. The cameras are in place solely to deter any potential security concerns and to provide a record in case of any unforeseen incidents related to the front entrance.
Interaction with Guests:
The home is accessed through the key pad on the front door. The Host is available 24/7 by phone, text, or through the booking app. If there are any issues or questions during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out!
