„Checking in, I was stopped at the gate and held up for 5-10 minutes and asked for my name by the guard 4 or 5 times. I don't know how many times I had to repeat myself when the reception desk is within sight and I can just verify if I'm indeed a guest there... archaic. The actual staffs are wonderful and very courteous. Absolutely nothing to criticize on that regards; likely the best aspect of my stay. „Value for money!!! Staff was always polite and accomodating. On the day of checkout I told them my ac wasn’t working well and they immediately moved us to another room. The room was too small but best value. I will stay there again“
