„Zufrieden“

„Lovely clean and well equipped cosy room with a super comfortable bed. Friendly welcome and easy to find.“

„Great location“

„We had everything we needed for our stay, the location was great and the fan was much appreciated! Basic accommodation but clean and easy check in, great communication“

„Booked fairly last minute. Texted the number on the booking confirmation - they replied to say they 'couldn't find my booking. After nearly an hour of texting back and forth, and them still claiming my booking didn't exist (despite sending them screenshots of the booking confirmation) they finally admitted the place had been overbooked. I was given a place in an alternative place on the same street, which was similar to the booked place but had no wifi (broken, I think) and it was very noisy ...

„The Royal Oak is the best place to stay in London. The staff is superb, very friendly and quite helpful. The food prepared by their cook Sammi is delicious - the slow-roasted tomatoes were the best, she roasted them overnight and they were sooooo good!! Our room was very clean, well appointed, cleaned daily and filled with goodies and tea! Jay, Dawn, Maria and the rest of the staff made our stay so enjoyable!! They always had time for us, answered every question we had, helped us navigate ...
