„Had problems in the main restaurant. Service was not great my food was forgotten one night. Had to be more assertive with staff and ask about food and drink orders to make sure. But the staff at the resort was friendly and very helpful“
„The only complain I would have was for the mattress, too soft for me. Otherwise, everyone was super nice, easy access to mall and to airport. Also recommend the skye bar, it was really enjoyable in the evening“
„We stayed 3 nights on our trip. The room definetly need a bigger make over (no fridge, no TV, aercon was dripping water) and ceeling was moldy.
Only the Reception pool was filled where the others seemed to be under renovation.
The hotel staff however was super kind and tried their best (organisation of rental bike etc). Was feeling welcomed.
We stayed most of the time outside, was not a resort to rest and relax. Overnight stay just ok.“
