„Really nice pub, convenient for Ludlow and the Shropshire Hills. Winter weekend break for us, nice big clean quiet room, comfy bed, plenty of space and large bathroom. All the staff very friendly and efficient, had a nice meal there - steak well cooked - and the breakfast was tasty, good quality ingredients and served quickly and with a smile. „venue is located on a cross roads of the A49 between Ludlow and Leominster which is a fairly busy junction at many times of day & night. Also located next to a 24hour Asda service station and travel lodge which created vehicle move movements at all times of day & night. We ate in the Salway hotel each night in addition to Breakfast and found the food & service helpful and attentive and the room adequate for our needs. We had been to the hotel previously and found it suitable to our needs.“
