The house sleeps 12. All bedrooms were upstairs, 4 bedrooms, two with double beds, two bathrooms upstairs. It was a challenge for us to not have the house be handicap accessible..woukd need a handrail at the entry. There are 13-24 steep stairs to the second floor. Need a handrail rail in showers . Otherwise, we had everything we needed. The owner promptly addressed the a/c issue and communicated frequently.

This home worked out perfect for our family get-together. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family to sleep, eat, and spend time together. It was very easy to communicate with the host and they were very accommodating. The neighborhood was very nice and felt very safe. If we ever come back to visit, we would definitely stay again.

Very beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The home was stocked with kitchen essentials and toiletries. The bedrooms are all upstairs. The shower water pressure was not strong enough for my liking but that is the only negative. The home felt like being at grandmas… safe and comfortable.

Our stay was very cozy with a lot of space quiet and no interruptions. The home was very neat clean and most definitely comfortable for us and the kids. We had everything that we needed. We wasn’t too far for any places that we needed to go. Most definitely will recommend renting this place for the weekend.

Work in Columbia

“We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses and clear instructions made the whole process seamless. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming, making it the perfect place . Great stay!

This property was as described and the accommodations were very comfortable. Communication was good, given that VRBO limits some forms of direct contact which can limit the response time. We were very happy with the stay and would recommend the property, especially as it is a great value for the cost.

Basic training graduation

Nice home with plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. Kitchen had everything we needed for food prep, beds were comfortable and rooms were large enough. The 2 TV's in separate living rooms gave the guys a place to watch football and the lady's to watch movies. Found a great restaurant, Hudson's Smokehouse, check it out

It is very hard to critic perfection! From conversations via the VRBO app with the owner to departure we enjoyed the experience and definitely enjoyed our stay! I would highly recommend this property to anyone who's looking for perfection in South Carolina. Really and trully White Knoll Bungalow is my home away from home! P.S. If I had to rank the best part of this wonderful experiences, in my top two spots, number 1A. would be the property and number 1B would be the owner, who did a magnificent job from start to finish!

Large group stay

The house was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a wedding. There was supposed to be 17 of us but wound up only being 13. Either way the house was plenty big enough to accommodate our stay and to not be cramped. 2 family room areas which also accommodated my grandkids entertainment needs versus my older group members. It allowed them to spread out. We enjoyed our stay

Good deal - got what we paid for.

Communication with Doran was always timely. The home was clean and spacious, beds were comfy for our tired bodies every night. Plenty of kitchen tools/pans for our needs. A couple of things weren’t fantastic, low water pressure, fridge got cold enough to be safe but barely, ice maker did not work and no ice cube trays, and master bed is a queen not king, but it was a great price for all it did have. If we had paid what most places were asking it would have been disappointing. I said you get what you pay for, but I do think we still got more than we paid for. Thanks, Doran, for a great stay.

Gut: Check-in
Verbesserungswürdig: Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Communication with host was great, until check in. After that, I received very little replies to my questions. My biggest issue was when I booked the house, the listing stated there was a king bed in the master. Upon check in, it was a queen bed. I reached out to the host who never responded. Instead, the listing was changed to queen bed in master. Water pressure in master bathroom shower is awful. And the shower head has a leak that’s causing sprayed water onto the wall above. Ultimately, this shower is not a usable shower for bathing. The condition of the house is not in good shape. This should have been disclosed. The floor coverings are in terrible shape. They are covered up by rugs to hide damage. The 1/2 bath toilet is shattered and glued back together. There are water leak stains on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms.Furniture is in awful condition. There are stains on the couch, rugs, etc. Many towels were stained or tattered.Kitchen cabinets had dirty dishes and containers with condiments that had leaked and not been cleaned. Refrigerator had open gallon of milk left in it from previous guest. There is an exterior camera at front door. This is allowed by VRBO; however, this was not disclosed in original listing. I was informed after I booked (non-refundable).I reached out to host before posting this review to give them an opportunity to reconcile the issues, but never received a response.

Definitely Disappointed

2 of the 3 tvs had no internet service even after being unplugged!! 3 smoke detectors had no batteries!! There were ants in the kitchen They wanted us to make sure to empty all the trash cans that were in the house & it was pretty difficult when the outdoor trash can was COMPLETELY full! Essentials, were a very very bare minimal, Disappointing stay to say the least!
