Rickhouse Run sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 beautifully decorated, bourbon-themed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Main Level:
Pappy Van Winkle Room (King bed): Tufted leather headboard, Van Winkle Reserve murals, dedicated workspace desk, leather reading chair, fireplace. Tribute to bourbon's most coveted name.

Upstairs:
Woodford Reserve Room (King bed): Bourbon barrel art panels, burnt-orange drapes, chandelier, vintage black fireplace, gilt mirror, TV with Netflix. Made for slow, easy mornings.
Blanton's Room (King bed): Barrel nightstands, Blanton's barrel lamp, green velvet curtains, horse racing art, fireplace, Netflix. Styled with intention in every corner.
Kentucky Derby Room (2 Queen Bunk Beds, 4 spots): A Churchill Downs mural stretching wall to wall. Legendary backdrop for your group's most adventurous sleepers.

Linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided.

The main living room features exposed wood beams, a floor-to-ceiling bourbon mural, a smart TV above the original fireplace, and a barrel-top coffee table. The dining room seats the whole group under a Maker's Mark mural with the "Happy Hour" sign above the fireplace setting exactly the right tone. After dinner, convert the dining table into a full ping pong arena and keep the evening going.

THE BACKYARD
The backyard comes alive at night. String lights, a glowing hot tub, a crackling fire pit, perfect for s'mores or a cigar and a story, make this one of those outdoor spaces you won't want to leave. Fire up the propane grill for a proper Kentucky cookout, challenge the crew to cornhole or ladder toss on the game lawn, and end every night the same way: hot water, good bourbon, and the stars over Frankfort.

THE KITCHEN
A fully stocked kitchen with island bar seating, hanging pot rack, stainless appliances, dark stone countertops, and a dedicated Keurig Coffee Bar to start every morning right. Everything your group needs for big breakfasts and easy dinners: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. Coffee is provided.
A full-size washer and dryer are also on-site, making it easy to pack light and settle in for a longer stay.
