The room was not bad, but the staff, hallway, and breakfast were not good at all. I walked by the front office only to see the room filled with vape smoke, and breakfast for the two days was beyond terrible. I had to ask if anyone was tending to breakfast as it was advertised to be open from 6 to 9 AM, and we were in the breakfast area at about 7:45.
I had booked my room through Expedia, and I still received a message from the hotel that I could check in online by uploading my license, putting in my car make model and license plate, and even my credit card number for incidentals - which I did. When I arrived at the hotel, they required me to do this yet again even though the text message that I received explained that now all I had to do was pick up my keys.
When I was checking out, I asked for a receipt, and the receptionist stated that since I booked online that there was not a receipt from the hotel…but when I checked my credit card statement, three days later, I saw that they had double charged my credit card in addition to what Expedia had charged me. I am currently attempting to get this charge refunded.
