Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was also delicious (not bland like most places). The employee on duty when I checked in at night was really friendly, the employee the next morning however barely looked up from his phone as I tried to check out. The only thing I wish I had known when I checked in is that this hotel locks up like it's Fort Knox after 11 pm. I had forgotten something in my car that I went down to grab and when I came back I was unable to get back into the hotel. I tried scanning my key card a good 57 times for half an hour, as well as phoning the front desk the same but neither worked (I could see the front desk through the door as well as hear the phone ringing but I believe the night employee had left for the evening). I thought I was going to have to sleep in my car until I walked around the hotel and saw there was a back door. I tried it and was able to get in. Please let people know about the lockdown when checking in!
