„Freshly built or remodeled, nice furnishings, garage parking was a plus. When we pulled in, we were greeted by deer on both sides of the driveway. It was nice having a washer & dryer. It was actually helpful having a walk-in closet, too. I can't get over how quiet it was. Sadly, we didn't have time to check out the plunge pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, dock, or gazebo, but hopefully next time. Checkout was simple because there was no list of checkout "chores" regarding sheets, towels, dishes, trash, ...

„We had the best time staying at this property. We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation from the University of South Carolina. It’s perfect for extended families. We all had our own space.Very clean home and so well stocked. The outside is amazing. With the pool and cabana area. Also the dock area by the lake. „We chose to stay close to home this year so we could take our senior pets on vacation with us. We found the perfect place in The Waterfront Cottage. It has a large fenced in yard overlooking the lake with beautiful views. The house was very cozy and beds were really comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some! Relaxed and quiet it was still only a few minutes into town for food and/or supplies. And Candice was readily available if needed. I would give it 10 stars if I could! “

„We were visiting Chapin for an engagement party. The house was perfect for our adult children and their spouses and a great rendezvous point. The house was very nicely Appointed and had all the modern conveniences necessary to be comfortable. „Drew was an amazing host, very responsive to text and messages. The House is amazing, Very Clean, and set up nice. The kitchen is very well stocked with, cups, plates, silverware, and stuff you you wouldn't think of. I hope I have a need to visit SC again. Thank you Drew, my friends and family had an amazing time celebrating my daughters graduation from UoSC. Only complaint is the driveway is small, and shaped weird, I had a hard time getting my truck and boat trailer in the driveway. “

„I stayed here with my family and had an awesome time! We were so impressed by the amount of things that were supplied for us. There was as so much to do. The covered deck and completely fenced in yard is amazing. The location was awesome as well. We loved fishing off the dock and taking out the kayaks. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
