Komplett umgestaltete Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Granit.

Niedliche Wohnung im 2. Stock der Plantations East. Offener Grundriss zum Entspannen mit Familie und Freunden. Drei Schlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player ausgestattet. Alle Fernseher sind Flachbildschirme und haben HD-Service. Das Gerät verfügt auch über 2 Vollbäder für Familien jeder Größe. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster usw. Vollgröße Waschmaschine und Trockner auch im Gerät erhältlich. Die überdachte Veranda ist der perfekte Ort für einen Kaffee am Morgen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und die anderen 2 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils 2 Einzelbetten. Der Gemeinschaftspool steht den Mietgästen zur Verfügung und ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Pool öffnet Memorial Day und schließt Labor Day. Ebenfalls im Jahr 2019 befindet sich im Clubhaus ein kleines Fitnessstudio, zu dem Sie auch Zugang haben.

Das Gerät befindet sich nur wenige Minuten von allen steuerfreien Geschäften und Strandbereichen entfernt. 6 Meilen von Cape Henlopen State Park.

Great stay

Condo was very clean, many amenities were provided by the home owner in case you forgot something. Communication was incredible, wish all owners were as communicative. Will stay there again if we go back down to that area again.

Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was provided from beginning to end. Relaxing enclosed sunporch and all the comforts of home. Our host made our stay a memorable one! Location was perfect to head to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. What a quiet setting to relax in. We will put this one on the list for next year

Our new Favorite!!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful condo! We couldn’t have picked a better rental! The location was so relaxing being a short distance from the actual beach. It was nice to get away from the crowds but at the same time we were still so close to everything! The owner Chuck was fantastic and made the entire process super easy! Great communication, very kind and approachable! We felt right and home and can’t wait to stay there again! Plenty of room and loaded with things to make the stay stress free! And the kids loved the extra games and definitely the Arcade machine!! So much fun!!!

Peace and Quiet

The five of us including my hubby and our three young boys had a blast staying at this property. We had plenty of room to relax in the evenings. It was thoroughly cleaned down to the baseboards, which helped mommy to relax. The wrap around deck brings in tons of natural light. It is snuggled away off to the side of Coastal highway, which makes it a great place to rest after busy days in the sun. The strong water pressure in showers was appreciated as well as the comfy beds. We loved that the grocery store, starbucks, shops and restaurants were within 6 to 7 minutes away. The central location allowed us to enjoy Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey beach without long commutes. The owner provides all necessary information prior to your stay so there are no suprises. He is readily available if anything is needed. We will definitely be back in the future!

Just what we needed!

This unit in Plantations East was perfect for our needs and exactly as listed on VRBO! Expectations were clear and communication with Chuck was quick and easy! We came for a lacrosse tournament at Cape Henlopen HS and were 8 minutes away. 20 minutes from the Rehoboth boardwalk. The neighborhood was pretty and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Wonderful Space for a family Stay

The Condo was sparkly clean. Very well provisioned. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of space for a family. The sun room is lovely, the grounds are well maintained and landscaped. The condo is about 15 min from the beach. Most important, the owner is very friendly and helpful, and sincerely wants you to enjoy your stay. We have rented in the area for more than 10 years and this was one of the best.

Excellent stay

Very clean, modern condo with a fantastic screened in balcony. The complex grounds were impeccably landscaped; adding to the view from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed for meal prep. Chuck was a very capable host who kept us well informed through the entire process . We will definitely book in the future and recommend to friends and family. One caveat- be prepared to bring your own sheets and towels or pay a fairly steep price to have them provided. This is the first time we have encountered this. On the plus side, I believe the rental price was very reasonable. Actually, it was a bargain!

Outstanding Orton Condo!

We had an incredible stay at the Orton Condo in Lewes, DE. There was more than enough space for out family of four. The kitchen has everything you need and more (air fryer!!!!). The layout is perfect for entertaining - which we did! There are televisions in each room, the living room furniture is so comfortable. There are board games, giant Jenga and giant Connect 4 but the arcade game that is there may have been the highlight for all of us. Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Galaga, Q-bert and so many more! It was a family and friend highlight! The condo is perfectly located. We zipped over to the beach many times and even got to see the Christmas tree lighting and sing carols in Rehobeth. The outlets are super close and we scored some great Black Friday deals. The owner was very communicative, helpful, and nice! I can't recommend this condo enough. We didn't want to leave and we can't wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed at Chuck’s property several times now and we are very pleased with it every stay. Seems like each time he adds little extras or things to make our time there easier or better. That is a nice touch because it shows he care. The house has everything we need and plenty of space. Chuck has been so great communicating and it is never a problem to get a hold of him. We love the location because we like to venture out to Lewes Beach or Cape Henlopen, and we prefer not staying right in the main part of Rehoboth Beach. We also enjoy the quiet environment of Plantations. Having driven through Dewey Beach many nights the week of July 4th - we were happy to go back to the property at Plantations for peace and quiet. They also have a really great pool too. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with Chuck’s place and that’s why we’ve been repeat customers. We look forward to it every summer.

Perfect.

More than enough space for our party of 4. It was very comfortable, clean and organized with everything you’d need. Less than 10 min from all the great beaches and the outlets on route 1 was the real selling point. Very relaxing to come home to after a day at the beach. Garage space and a washer and dryer are what really separate this from hotels for the same price. Chuck was very helpful with any questions about the unit or area.

Excellent property, location and owner!

When I happened across this property I jumped on it. It's a short drive to both Lewes and Rehoboth beaches, very close to Cape Henlopen State Park and was a great price. Chuck was a please to deal with and communicated well. The property is in a very nice community, and the unit itself was perfect for our needs. Clean, quiet and with great amenities. Would highly recommend if you're looking in the Rehoboth/Lewes area.
