„Wunderschönes altes Hotel bzw. Inn mit Geschichte, inklusive Restaurant/Pub mit hervorragendem Essen. Herzliche und aufmerksame Besitzer, ruhige Lage, tolle alte Zimmer mit Himmelbett. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, war das beste Hotel in unserer England-Reise. Wonderful historic hotel with excellent food, amazing rooms; by far the nicest place to stay during our South England trip. „If you are looking to stay in a traditional English Pub, this is the place. Cozy rooms with great washroom facilities. Very clean and comfortable beds. Rooms are equipped with electricity outlets, wifi and tv for those needing it. The pub itself is fantastic with a very well stocked bar. „As a family of four with 2 teens and a big dog, it's difficult to find somewhere not over priced and a big enough space for us all. We stayed in a very spacious family room. Bathroom had a big drench shower and heated towel rail. Plenty of space for our dog's big bed! Ben and the other staff were very friendly and attentive, also accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was included and fantastic choice. We ate at the pub on the second night and the food really was fantastic and a good varied menu. ...

„We had a lovely night at the Inn, perfect for what we needed after 3 days at a music festival! Quiet, beautiful, walking from outside straight into the countryside, a lovely big room and the breakfast hamper was really fab, it all felt very luxurious. “

„Efficient, down-to-earth and friendly welcome from hotel staff. Free parking, comfortable room. Wifi didn't work in our room, however (we were warned about this though) - but it worked in the corridor outside. Our bed was an earthquake zone though - I nearly fell out when I rolled too close to the side, because the mattress was sprung, and of bad quality.“
