When I went to crawl into my “clean” bed at midnight, first night I was there, I found a cleaning rag in a lump in the sheets. Not sure how it might have landed there unnoticed as sheets were spread to make the bed, but it was. When I spoke to the desk the next day, they offered me a new room (overkill!!), and eventually on my request offered to have the manager speak to me. He was expected to be around when I checked out the next morning. He was not however there. Left my name and number and was told he would call me. Four days later I’ve heard nothing.
Clearly they don’t care about customer service or making the gross factor right.
Would absolutely not recommend staying someplace that clearly conveys a lack of care to detail or customer comfort or cleanliness.
