Nestled in lush greenery, in the peaceful countryside, La Mondette invites you to a tranquil stay amidst thirteen hectares of vineyards and meadows, home to animals (goats, donkeys, a pony, and a horse). Located at the gateway to the Dordogne region and just twenty minutes from Saint-Émilion, the setting will delight lovers of local produce, nature, and fine Bordeaux wines. You will stay in a stone building, adjoining another gîte, with a terrace and enclosed garden. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a television, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs, a second air-conditioned bedroom offers a queen-size bed and two single beds. Heating is electric. On the property, you can enjoy a swimming pool open from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm (4.20 m x 11 m), a pond with rowing opportunities, a water slide, a swing, a ping-pong table, a volleyball court, a badminton court, and a pétanque court. Upon request and weather permitting, donkey and pony rides are available for younger children, as well as a visit to the wine cellar. Bed linen, towels, and a cleaning service are available for an additional fee. Tea towels and bath mats are provided. Internet access is via Wi-Fi using powerline adapters. For families, a cot, high chair, and baby bath can be provided upon request. It is also possible to rent both cottages together for stays with family or friends, under reference G7016.
