Discover this charming cottage that has been completely renovated, where the charm of the old perfectly blends with a new and comfortable interior. Ideal for a family getaway or with friends, it can accommodate up to 7 travellers.

• A first bedroom with a double bed.

• A family bedroom composed of a double bed and a 3-person bunk bed, perfect for families with children.

• Comfortable bedding for restful nights.



🚿 Interior Side

You will enjoy a pleasant bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen (KRUPS coffee maker) and a beautiful modern bathroom. The entire accommodation has been carefully renovated to provide you with all the necessary comfort.



🌿 Exterior Side

The private courtyard is a real asset. Designed to make the most of fine weather, it will allow you to enjoy your breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors. You will find a barbecue there as well as a convivial space, enhanced by magnificent stone walls that bring all the charm of yesteryear.



📍 Whether you wish to enjoy the beaches, discover the town centre or explore the surrounding area, this cottage is an ideal base for your holidays on the Vendée coast.

⏰ Stay Times

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am (not after)



⏰ Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take the bins out to the designated locations

• Collect used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker

– Parking advice 🚗

– Information about bin storage locations ♻️
