The apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a living area with a sofa bed opening onto a balcony with a lovely view.
It's located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, has a balcony with a lovely view and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Come with family or friends, it can accommodate 4 people. And with its location, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the mountains and all their activities. The choice is yours!
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Heating, Refrigerator. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

For your convenience, professional housekeeping is performed before and after each guest's arrival.

The accommodation is located in the center of town and close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, shops, ski and bike rental services, cable cars, supermarkets, sporting goods stores, ski schools... The Les Houches ski area is just 650 m away! So you can enjoy all kinds of mountain activities: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, hiking... You can also discover Lac des Chavants (15-20 minutes away on foot, with a wide range of summer activities including cliff climbing, fishing, pétanque, children's games, orienteering courses, a rope pyramid, picnics... ) and Chamonix (just 13 minutes away by car) for a trip to the Aiguille du Midi.

A "Cyprien Sports" ski rental store is located almost at the foot of the building.

## Emplacement
Close to the famous ski resort of Chamonix, famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
