It sleeps up to 5 adults and 1 child, with two flexible bedrooms, a bunk room for one adult and one child, a spacious terrace, and a private balcony overlooking the forest and mountains. The living area has an electric fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to the outdoor space.

The apartment also has a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and sink, as well as a ski locker with boot warmers and storage for helmets, gloves, and skis. Guests can use the residence’s shared pool, sauna, hot tub, and gym. The Les Houches slopes are around a 10-minute walk away, with the Chamonix Valley, hiking routes, mountain biking, and local sights such as the Aiguille du Midi and Mer de Glace within easy reach.
