On the ground floor of a small new residence of just 4 flats, due for delivery in December 2023, Pearl 001 comprises :

- A living room with a connected TV lounge area (access to Netflix, PrimeVideo, Samsung TV, etc.). An open-plan kitchen combining modern design and functionality, and fully equipped with oven, microwave, 4-burner hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, raclette and fondue machine, etc. There is also a table and high chairs for 5 people, opening onto a large terrace on the ground floor.
- A double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and storage space.
- A second small bedroom with 3-bed bunk beds (140x190cm on the bottom and 90x190cm on the top) and storage space.
- A shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
- Attached: a garage in the residence.

The PEARL 001 apartment is located behind the Ski Love shop.
When you are facing the shop, take the private alley on the left: the PEARL residence is on your right.

Smart lock: the code will be sent to you once the security deposit has been pre-authorised.

We always aim to welcome our guests in person.
Check-in is contractually scheduled between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm: one of our team members will meet you at the property, carry out the check-in inspection and answer any questions you may have about the accommodation and your stay.
If you are due to arrive outside the agency’s opening hours, self check-in is possible using a key box or a smart lock. All necessary access details will be provided once the security deposit has been received.
