This 20 m² studio is perfect for a family or friends and includes:
- Living area with a double sofa bed
- Sleep nook with bunk bed
- Fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, coffee machine, utensils)
- Functional bathroom
- Ski locker and private parking space on the residence parking

## Access

Guests have full access to the studio, the ski locker (ground floor) and the private parking space. Ski-in/ski-out access: the Chalet gondola is opposite and the Perdrix slope runs nearby.

## Transit

Mont Vallon is easily reachable by car; roads are regularly cleared in winter. Public parking options are nearby if needed. A free shuttle serves Méribel Mottaret and other resort areas (stop close to the residence). Moûtiers train station and regional airports are reachable by car—taxi or shuttle transfers recommended.

## Neighborhood

Located in the heart of Méribel Mottaret: ESF, shops and restaurants within a short walk. Ideal base to explore the Three Valleys.

Before your arrival, you will receive a link from our partner EnsoConnect to choose between two options. Either a €600 security deposit: a temporary hold on your card, released 14 days after check-out if no damage is reported. Or a damage waiver for a one-time, non-refundable fee of €60 per stay, which replaces the deposit and covers accidental damage up to €400.
