„The positives: good location for access to Daylesford while still retaining a rural feel, cute tiny home, comfy loft bed, nice property although we didn’t get to see it in its full splendour as it was winter, friendly host, and easy check in. „Our stay at The Ridge by Tiny Away in Daylesford was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. We were offered no suitable alternative or support.To make matters worse, we paid 300 for one night, only to see the same night listed online for 100 (so they hadn;t even blocked out our stay, causing stress we weren't ...
