„All I can say about the property is that it was clean. The owner did repair the loose toilet seat, replace the dead smoke alarm battery, and bring more crockery fairly quickly after I complained. But the listing description was woefully inaccurate and certainly didn't mention the patched and mended state of most rooms. This is not a 10* 'excellent' property. Far from it. If it had been accurately listed (and priced accordingly) then that's fair enough, but I was expecting a much higher standard ...

„We had a lovely short break in this charming cottage. The location is one of the best on the island, down a very quiet track with views out to the estuary and a short walk down to the harbour. Cottage was well equipped and has been renovated to a high spec. Steps upstairs are steep, reflecting how old the property is, so won’t suit anyone with mobility issues, but fine for us - just added to the character of the property. Would love to return!“

„Me and my husband really like the place , it's clean, the size of the 2 bedroom are just right, 2 bathroom is always a plus. The location is close to many shops and Dartford train station. Smart TV in the living room and of course having a WiFi connection is always great. But for me the most important is having Adi is an excellent host. She is always ready to attend to all our needs. We will definitely comeback if we needed a place to stay in Dartford.“

"Das Hotel ist super gut gelegen und ist ideal für einen Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise zum Flughafen Stansted. Das Zummer mit 2 Doppelbetten war groß genug für uns 3 Erwachsene. Das WLAN funktioniert gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine super Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen."

"Gutes Frühstück, Zimmer war einfach, zwei Einzelbetten, die allerdings schon etwas durchgelegen waren; freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Wegen fehlender Steckdosen im Bereich des Bettes wurde uns auf Nachfrage ein Verlängerungskabel (kleine Trommel) mit drei Steckdosen an der Rezeption ausgehändigt. Standventilator im Zimmer vorhanden, war sehr hilfreich bei 31,5 Grad Außentemperatur"

"Das Seven Hotel und sein Personal waren wirklich super!!! Das Zimmer hatte einen fantastischen Meerblick. Alles war sauber. Das Zimmer wurde täglich aufgeräumt und die Handtücher erneuert. Auch die Bar und die Terrasse hat uns gut gefallen. Leider ist die Umgebung des Hotels, insbesondere die Innenstadt von Southend on Sea ziemlich ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen. "
