"Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is located close to a park, which is great if you (like us) travel with a dog. Lots of retaurants and supermarkets close by and the city center is in walking distance. Only sad thing is there are according to the staff basically no vegan options at breakfast. They recommended to look for a place in the city and rather not have breakfast at the hotel - if you are vegan."

Rarely have I experienced such a wonderful hotel—perfectly located in the heart of Ghent, within walking distance of the city’s most beautiful monuments and excellent restaurants. "Wir hatten ein Studio mit kleiner Küche und Bad. Das Bad hatte leider in der Dusche am unteren Rand und an der Duschtür Schimmel, und die Raumluft im Bad roch daher leider etwas schlecht, sonst war das Studio aber sehr nett Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück war gut"

"Das Zimmer war Klein aber sehr sauber und ruhig. Es fehlten jedoch kleine Handtücher und Waschlappen. Die Dusche war sehr rutschig. Das Frühstück sah ok aus (wir haben es nicht gegessen) aber der Kaffee war nicht Sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlichen und behilfsreich. Die Lage ist hervorragend aber auf Parken und LEZ muss geachtet werden."
